We are hiring an Account Manager for our Technology practice, based in New York. We will accept local candidates as well as anyone looking to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Generate new candidates against existing client requirements, no new business requirement

• Facilitate and attend client meetings, offering strategic and practical solutions to clients

• Stay abreast of market conditions and present findings to client in concise and clear manner

• Identify opportunities for improved processes

Qualifications

• 2-5 years Rec-2-Rec experience

• OR 2-5 years 360 Recruitment experience in a candidate short market

• OR 2-5 years Inhouse/Talent Acquisition experience
